In development · not on the Marketplace yet

Every open task and comment in Confluence, in one place.

Tasks and inline comments are scattered across hundreds of pages. Flagstone gathers the open ones from every space you can see: what is overdue, what is due this week, and which comments are still waiting for an answer. Read-only. Nothing leaves Atlassian.

What it does

The open loops, not the noise

All of it is built and running on our test site; Flagstone is not on the Atlassian Marketplace yet. Everything reads live from Confluence as you, so each person sees only what Confluence already lets them see.

My work

Your open tasks from every space, grouped into Overdue, Due today, Next 7 days, Later and No date. Switch between tasks assigned to you and tasks you created.

Unresolved comments

Every inline comment still open, with its text, the words it is about, its author and its age. One click opens it in Confluence.

All open tasks

Every open task you can see, overdue first, with the task text as it reads in Confluence, where it lives, who has it and when it is due. Filter by space or show only overdue.

Team view

Whose plate is full: open, overdue and due-this-week tasks per person, plus the tasks nobody has picked up.

In your pages

A badge in each page's byline that shows and opens that page's open tasks and comments, and a report macro that puts a live task and comment report on a team page or meeting notes.

Admin overview

For Confluence admins: open and overdue counts per space, charts of the trend over the last weekly scans, overdue tasks by space and comments by age, and the spaces the app could not read.

Trust

Built to pass your security review

Read-only scopesIt cannot change Confluence: no ticking tasks, no resolving comments. Every row links to Confluence instead.
No egressNo outside servers or third parties, and no email or Slack messages.
Your permissionsDetails are read live as you, so nobody sees a task or comment Confluence would hide from them.
Counts onlyIt stores counts per space, never task or comment text, page titles or people.

Does it send reminders? No. Flagstone never sends email or Slack messages, so your data stays inside Atlassian ("Runs on Atlassian"). Want reminders anyway? Tell us: we count every request.
Who makes it?Monaidea, the makers of Ledgerstone, a read-only permission audit for Jira Cloud on the Atlassian Marketplace.
